RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Assist Agent and team with daily administrative tasks such as mailing documents, customer appreciation cards, ordering office supplies.
- Provide prompt, accurate, and friendly customer service. Service can include taking payments and emailing documents as requested.
- Set appointments for current customers to review policies and coverages with Agent.
QUALIFICATIONS:
- Organized, prompt, reliable
- Ability to switch between different tasks as needed and prioritize throughout the day
- Upbeat, positive personality, willing to help
- Excellent communication skills - written, verbal, and listening
- Dedicated to customer service
- Work well with a team
- Able to effectively relate to a customer

Compensation: $20.00 - $25.00 per hour
